Our under 14 boys welcomed thomastown to Piltown on Friday evening for the football Roinn B championship quarter final. 

There was a fantastic show of team work from Piltown who quickly found a nice rhythm in the first half and played some lovely passes to lead comfortably at the half time whistle.

Piltown quickly got back into the flow in the second half to pull away from thomastown who got a few scores on the board but the lads were fully in control to run out very deserved winners with a final score off 6-14 to 3-06.

There was 8 individuals Piltown players who scored on the night which shows how well they played as a unit.

We can now look forward to the semi final in the coming weeks.
