Our Under 16 boys' league campaign came to an end on Monday night with a cup semi-final defeat to Kilmacow.

After an excellent league campaign before the exam break, the lads were back in competitive action for the first time in a number of weeks. Unfortunately, things didn't click on the night and Kilmacow proved too strong.

While the result was disappointing, it shouldn't take away from the effort and commitment shown by the lads throughout the year so far. The League championship lies ahead, and the lads will be looking to bounce back and give a better account of themselves.
